Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the eligible item.
4. Exchanges

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value using the issued store credit.

If the new item exceeds the credit amount, you’ll pay the difference.

If it's less, remaining balance will be issued as additional store credit.
