1. Return Eligibility

  • Eligible items must be new, unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend trackable shipping; we are not liable for lost returns.

3. Store Credit Only

  • No refunds—we offer store credit only for returned items.

  • Store credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the eligible item.

4. Exchanges

  • You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value using the issued store credit.

  • If the new item exceeds the credit amount, you’ll pay the difference.

  • If it's less, remaining balance will be issued as additional store credit.

6. Processing Time
